Our Commitment to Equality & Inclusion

DHG is and will continue to be unwavering in our commitment to creating an inclusive environment that values and appreciates diversity of all kinds. Fostering this environment is our responsibility as professionals, as team members and as human beings.
Recent events in America have brought to our attention the unresolved, centuries-old problems of racism and racial injustice. Our communities are reeling with pain from what has transpired over the past weeks and months, and it is a pain that is undoubtedly being felt by many of our DHG team members.
Our Response to Current Events
In response to the recent incidents of brutality against African Americans, we will actively engage in listening to our people and learning from their insights about the grief and pain that afflicts our communities. Many of us feel a growing impatience to bring about long-sought justice. As a firm, we will continue this journey together: to be fully inclusive of all our team members and to be part of broader solutions for social justice and equity in our country.
Within the past year, we hosted “Ask Me” sessions throughout the firm to engage in active communication with one another, most recently about racism in America. We will continue these forums in the coming days and weeks, adapted as needed for the virtual environment in which we currently operate. We Will Be The Change
I call on every team member at DHG to be compassionate to the pain in our communities, bold in addressing our country’s systemic inequities, and courageous in our individual commitments to positive change. We must all do our part—whether by listening, sharing, or learning—to usher in an equitable society that is long overdue.
